CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel their internet service at any time by notifying the service provider through phone or email.
If the cancellation request is received before the end of the billing cycle, the customer will only be charged for the services used up until that point. No further charges will be applied.
If the cancellation request is received after the billing cycle has ended, the customer will be charged for the full month's service and no proration will be provided.
The service provider will not refund any activation or installation fees once the service has been activated.
The service provider will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the customer due to the cancellation of the service.
The customer is responsible for returning any equipment provided by the service provider in good working condition within 14 days of the cancellation date. Failure to do so will result in charges for the equipment.
Any outstanding balance on the customer's account must be paid in full before the cancellation can be processed.
If the customer wishes to reactivate their service after cancellation, they may be subject to new activation fees and equipment charges.
The service provider reserves the right to cancel or terminate the customer's service at any time for violation of the service agreement or any other reason deemed necessary.
This cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the service provider's website.
